EOTD: My birthday look!

For my 25th birthday, I wore all blue.


This looked so much better in person, I couldn't catch it right in pictures... maybe it was the lighting in the room? Also, am I the only person who hates plucking their eyebrows? I know it has to be done, but some weeks I'm just not in the mood. I would get them threaded, but the place I go is pretty far and I don't have much time to go there, so for now it's just me... tweezers... and my eyebrows. I hear that numbing the area with ice helps with the pain, anyone try that?

  • NYX Jumbo Pencil in Baby Blue
  • MAC Pigment in Air-De-Blu
  • MAC Eye Shadow in Deep Truth
I don't use eyeliner when I use eye shadow anymore, my eyelids are tiny and the eyeliner takes up more than half my eye lid and that really takes away from the eye lid color. Air-De-Blu is such a gorgeous color! I wish it showed up more in this picture.

This was my favorite 2009 look. And it ended up being my wedding look! Sorry to disappoint, my wedding wasnt purple. It was actually navy blue & silver :]

  • MAC Naked pigment (on wedding day, dont remember what I had this day)

I am in love with MAC All That Glitters! It's such a pretty color!

I have been meaning to post this up since October but I just couldnt find time to! This was my ETOD and my NOTD for my engagement party :)

  • NYX purple Jumbo Pencil
  • MAC Violet Pigment
  • MAC Beauty Marked Eye Shadow
It looked a lot better in person, it was my first smokey eye! I didnt intend for it to be a smokey eye but it ended up that way and I was extremely pleased with it. It just sucks I couldnt take a picture to fully capture it!


  • ELF Nail Polish in Royal Purple
You cant really see it, but it has small purple glitters in it too, I adore this color! Best $1 I ever spent! :)
